Add ice to an old-fashioned or highball glass (or 8-ounce mason jar).
Pour in 1 1/2 -2 ounces dark rum, 1 ounce lime juice, and 1 ounce
Ginger Hibiscus simple syrup. Top with Ginger Beer (like Fever-Tree or
Q). Garnish with a lime wedge. Enjoy?
Want a mocktail? Omit rum and add more ginger beer.
