Return Policy for Lush Wine Mix
At Lush Wine Mix, we are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with our wine slushies, mocktails, and cocktail mixers crafted with real-food and organic ingredients and no fake flavorings or dyes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a hassle-free return policy within 30 days of receiving your order.
1. 30-Day Return Guarantee
If you're not happy with your wine slushie mixers or mocktail mixers, whether they were for personal use or purchased as a gift for someone else, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to return the item(s) for a refund. To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
- All components of the product, including any included accessories or promotional items, must be returned.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start the return process, please contact our customer service team at lush@lushwinemix.com. They will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return shipping label, if necessary. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Products
If your wine slushies or cocktail mixers arrive damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will either replace the damaged product or offer a full refund, including any shipping fees. Please provide photos of the damaged item and its packaging to expedite the process.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase within 7-10 business days of receiving the return. Please note that depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Gift Returns
If you received one of our organic mixers as a gift and would like to return it, please contact us with the gift receipt or order number. We will provide store credit or exchange the product as long as it meets the return conditions outlined above.
6. Non-Returnable Items
For the safety of our customers, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned, as we cannot guarantee the integrity of the product after it has been opened. This applies to all wine slushie and cocktail mixers, as well as any other consumable products from Lush Wine Mix.
7. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, you can do so within the 30-day return window. Simply follow the return process and indicate that you'd like an exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is unavailable, we will offer a refund or store credit.
